Why we started this
You have 4 people, 4 suitcases and a stroller, and no Korean phone number. The right taxi isn’t obvious, your luggage shouldn’t plan your day, and some of the best local bookings — restaurants, screen golf, activities — simply weren’t built for visitors. Every one of those problems lives in a different app. We started MyKoreaSide so there’s one place to ask instead.
How it works
Tell us what you need. We find the workable option and the likely cost. You approve it. We coordinate it with the appropriate local provider. No app required, and everything is proposed before anything is confirmed.
What we are — and aren’t
MyKoreaSide is a coordination and concierge service. We help travelers understand and arrange available services through appropriate local transportation, luggage, and booking providers. We don’t operate our own taxis, and we can’t guarantee every reservation — availability always depends on the local provider. We’ll always be upfront about what is and isn’t possible.
Where we operate
The founding beta runs in Seoul, Incheon, and all around Gyeonggi — the greater capital region most international families are based in first. We’re starting small and expanding as we learn what works.
