MyKoreaSide is an early-stage, founding-beta service. This page explains what we collect through this site and how it’s used.
What we collect
When you submit the “Request My Korea Plan” form, we collect the trip, traveler, and contact details you provide — for example your name, email, WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size, and the services you’re interested in. We also record which page section referred you (for example, an ad or social link) using standard UTM parameters.
How we use it
We use this information to follow up about your trip, propose available coordination options, and understand demand for MyKoreaSide’s services during the founding beta. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-party providers
When we coordinate a ride, luggage move, or booking on your behalf, relevant trip details may be shared with the specific local provider needed to fulfill that request.
Analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which parts of this page are useful, so we can improve the service before a wider launch.
